The A MatosCar Group is a group of the automotive sector which is based in Portalegre. The group possesses three companies (A Matos Car, MAtos Car Beiras and Lubripor) which together represent over 20 car brands. The group is present in five different districts across the country through a total of 220 collaborators: Guarda, Castelo Branco, Portalegre, Évora e Beja. The origins of the A MatosCar Group go back to the 80s decade of the XX century, when it became the official representative of Opel in Portalegre.
