The Loulé Carnival is the oldest carnival in the country, with more than 100 years of existence, registering the turnout of thousands of revelers during the three days. The parade of floats, the presence of samba groups, Brazilian dancers, cabeçudos and gigantones give a special color to Avenida José da Costa Mealha. In March 2025 Loulé will be the capital of carnival and orienteering!

The two middle distances of POM 2025 will be WRE!
