No Final Bulletin

There will be no printed or digital final bulletin for the Portugal “O” Meeting 2026.
The event website contains all updated and detailed information.

Bar Service

At the Mira Norte Arena, a bar and restaurant service will be available during the four days of Forest competition of POM 2026.

In addition to the excellent conditions for Orienteering, spectators will be able to enjoy the excitement of watching the athletes arrive at the Finish, as well as have a full meal, enjoy some snacks, have one or more drinks, or a typically Portuguese coffee.

Each day, several dishes will be available, along with side dishes and savoury snacks.

Day 4 Chasing Start Technical Info

The final technical information for Tuesday Long Distance Chasing Start stage is now online.

Please note that on this day the starts will be in Chasing Start format for all competition classes, and there will be interval starts for all athletes who are more than 60 minutes behind the leader of their class.

Start Lists Online

The start lists for all Sprint and Forest stages are now online.

The start list for the Long Distance – Chasing Start will be published on Monday evening, 16 February.

On the final day, based on the results of the three forest races from the previous days, all competition classes will start using a Chasing Start format.

The first competitor to start will be the one with the lowest total time from the three previous stages. Subsequent competitors will start according to their time difference from the first competitor.

Programme Update

Some adjustments have been made to the POM 2026 programme, namely to the prize giving ceremonies scheduled time on 14, 16 and 17 February.
